Delete your TecnoAi HQ account
You can delete your account and its data yourself, from inside the app, in under a minute.
- Sign in to the portal (web or the TecnoAi HQ app).
- Tap the fingerprint icon in the top bar → Security.
- Choose "Delete my account", enter your current password and confirm.
What is deleted
Your login, profile, notification devices, chat messages, comments and project access are removed immediately and permanently.
What we keep
Signed contracts, invoices and payment records are retained by TecnoAI LLC for the period required by law, then deleted. They are no longer linked to a usable login.
If you cannot sign in, email us from the address on your account and we will process the deletion within 30 days: admin@tecnoai.org
